Well, here's what i came up with...
Using my apps.google.com, i created a temporary user and email address, using a complicated password that i would never remember. I logged in and set in place an auto-forwarding rule for all mails to my real email address (or at least an email address that i would check).
In the future, when too many spammers get hold of this address, all i have to do is close the account, and create another temporary user and email address. I would then update the contact email address on the site and tah-DAH! No more spam! Well, at least for a while...
Honestly, I don't know how long this solution will hold up for, but it seems like a pretty decent way to manage internet spammers for now.
Cheers!
